If you need to make a return, you can do so by visiting our Online Returns Portal below or contact us customer service email(ohciciservice@gmail.com) in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. Please ensure you read and meet all of the returns policy requirements below before initiating a return. Returns that do not meet our returns policy requirements may be denied. 

To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached(It does not allow to return if the pink label on the clothings is cutted off.) and associated packaging in original condition.

For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Bikini
Swimwear/Swimsuit
Underwear
Some ACC(eg:earrings / stockings / Body piercing ect. )

FULL PRICE RETURNS:

You may return full priced items (including purchases made with our welcome promo-code) for a store credit or full refund within 21 days of the delivery date.

SALE RETURNS:

If you have used a discount code or purchased an item on sale, you may return it for a store credit unless it has been marked down by 50% off or more - in which case it would be deemed as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned.

COST OF RETURNS:

Customers are to cover the cost of return postage (unless the items are deemed faulty by our team).

If a defective/incorrect item is received, our responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.
If the package tracking history shows delivery, but you cannot find the package, we will contact the carrier and ask for the delivery certificate proof. Ohcici is not liable for losses caused by third parties.

 

Sales items that are Final Sales ;(Final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Typically, products discounted over 50% are marked with prices ending in *.55, *.88, *.99, or *.98.)
